About me
I am experienced in phytochemical extraction and LC-MS metabolomics of pre and post-harvested fruits and vegetables. My research focuses on the development of plant-derived bioactive formulations and the assessment of their biological activity in vitro and in vivo. I am currently exploring novel ways for harnessing phytonutrients' prebiotic potential and gaining metabolomic insights.
