Dr. Rossi’s research program focuses on understanding the responses of horticultural crops to environmental stresses, with the goal of developing environmentally sound and effective management strategies. He is a horticulturist with expertise in plant stress physiology, plant biology, and root dynamics. Dr. Rossi serves as the lead instructor for the courses “Horticulture Science and Practice” (HORT 201), “Horticulture Science and Practice Laboratory” (HORT 202), "Root Biology" (HORT 618), and "Plant-Associated Microorganisms" (HORT 619) in the Department of Horticultural Sciences at Texas A
